I focus on gentle embodiment, emotional awareness, and nervous system support so you can feel real change—fast.  This is about experiencing a felt sense of spaciousness and ease in your body versus making you feel more scatter-brained and chaotic.

I get it-summer feels busy, unpredictable and full of shifting plans. But what if this was the summer of learning how NOT to overextend yourself? What if it became the perfect time to build the peace you’ll need for every season that follows?

You’ve been conditioned to believe your care comes last. But what would shift in your home, work, or relationships if you were well-rested, regulated, and rooted in peace? This isn’t self-indulgence—it’s

self-restoration.

You’re not failing—you’re depleted. FLOW is built with rest, grace, and integration built in. You don’t have to show up perfectly—just honestly. That’s more than enough.


“Other women probably need this more than I do.”

That belief helped you survive—but it’s not helping you heal. You don’t have to keep holding it all . You’re allowed to be held, too…by me and a beautiful community of like-minded women.  We were designed to live in relationship…this is a chance to really know what that feels like.

Why I Created This…


This program came out of my own desperation for space, peace and rest after trying to hold everything together during one of the hardest years of my life.  While in the process of a challenging divorce, I was working 2 jobs, training in a rigorous apprenticeship program and tended to my children’s every need.  

  

I kept trying to push through the hard and avoid the crushing weight of stress I was under.  My diet, stress management and rest took a hit and I thought going hard at the gym would at least give me the cathartic release I needed to get through things.  Then, my car was stolen out of my driveway when we were sleeping, which terrified me.  Our home was not the most secure and the fear of “what if’s” about my family’s safety was hard to shake.

A few days after the theft, I started experiencing extreme lower back pain to the point of not being able to even walk the first few minutes upon waking up.  What used to be simple, mundane tasks like washing the dishes, doing laundry and walking my dogs around the block became agonizing.  I knew this was the blinking red light I could no longer ignore.

  

Sometimes God gives us a whisper, other times it’s a tap…when those attempts don’t work, He might come with a 2x4…and this was one of those moments.

  

From there, I started focusing on how I could slow down, reduce my load, prioritize rest, be more disciplined with my diet and strengthen my intimacy with God…the effects were profound…and what I know will work for you too.

   

My divine assignment is to help women heal emotional trauma and release the weight vests they were never meant to carry so they can live the life God designed for them to live.  This is where From Hustle to Flow comes in.

How much time does this take each week?

Just 1 live 90 minute session + light journaling/reflection (Less than 2 hours total

Is this only for moms or women in leadership?  

Nope—this is for any Christian woman who feels overburdened and overextended.Is this faith-based?Yes. This program was built with the intention of strengthening your intimacy with God and finding rest in the knowing of who you are in Him.
